The Challenge
Product education is paramount to building trust with their vast customer base--everyone from Master Mechanics to Sales Teams to channel partners at Jiffy Lube. But their product education videos were outdated and unexciting.
NextThought was tasked to creatively repurpose existing assets and create new visuals that would ultimately elevate their training, build trust with their customer base, and do it cost-effectively.

The Solution
To update and expand their training series, NextThought created a visual brand overhaul for three of their products–Wynn’s, QMI, and Full Throttle. We produced a unified branded graphic system for all old and new content, so anything outdated felt part of the modern design.
This allowed us to cost-effectively repurpose content that was still relevant but otherwise unengaging.
The Results
The video-based training went so well, they asked for an additional project to expand their product education suite to a more technical audience.
