SHEA needed to update their procedures and education across all training courses. Plus, create a new style of training to include pre-assessment and case studies throughout 14 modules.

Solution

To complement the video instruction, NextThought developed "choose your own adventure" elements and scenario-based decision-making. The curriculum featured a primer (6 modules and 14 videos) and an antibiotic module (3 modules and 6 videos). 

Using collaborative learning design, NextThought emphasized the gravity and high-performance required to protect patients through both visual and spoken tones. Interactive graphs helped learners analyze scenarios, and standard, gradable questions were added to maximize their LMS.
